HIGHLIGHTS ALONG THE ROAD In the St.-Vinzenz-church in Heiligenblut, a vial with a mysterious fluid is stored. According to the legend, it contains the holy blood of Christ. With the motorbike: One should have some experience in the mountains for the Glockner stage otherwise it is also perfectly suitable for the beginner. Remember to bring warm clothes due to the enormous altitude difference. Highest point: Edelweiss-Spitze, 2,571 metres. Special feature of the tour: There are good reasons why the Grossglockner High Alpine Road is regarded as Europe’s most beautiful panorama road.
